South West Community Legal Centre Inc. is a not-for-profit organisation that provides high quality, free or low-cost legal services to disadvantaged and vulnerable people in the South West region of Western Australia. Our legal services provide preliminary advice, support and, on occasion, minor cases on a variety of topics, including family law, injunctions, child support, debt and consumer matters, and other civil law matters. SWCLC is the only legal center between Mandurah and Albany. We offer outreach services in a number of locations in the Southwest. The South West Community Legal Centre wants to recognise Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people as Australia`s first humans and traditional custodians. We value their cultures, identities and enduring connection to the land, waters, parents and communities. We honour Elders, past and present, and commit to making a positive contribution to the well-being of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people by providing welcoming, safe, culturally appropriate and inclusive services. There is no cost associated with this service, although donations are appreciated. Self-transfer by phone or personal for appointments. Our services are free, but we accept cash or Eftpos donations.
